This volume is <em><strong>not<\/strong><\/em> intended to be the proceedings of the workshop, but will provide a coherent collection of in-depth papers informed by the presentations and discussions that took place during the meeting. All attendees will be expected to contribute to one or more chapters.<\/p>\n<p>The collection of articles will provide an overview of the current state of our field of study, and our ambition is for the book to become a reference for a considerable period of time. All papers will be peer-reviewed. We expect the articles to be submitted within approximately 6 months of the workshop.
